I'm not too keen on asking the Interweb what its thoughts are on meditation and how to achieve it better (mostly because it's teasingly vague). I've been having a bit of difficulty of late (past couple of days) getting to a state of meditation. Anyone here had that problem? Any suggestions on how to get the mind to stop the chatter it'll do sometimes?
